Stumplings Restaurant – Now Open!!!
Stumplings first opened as a Portland Food Cart May 31st 2012 on 15th and Alberta. I have been a huge fan of Stumplings since before they opened!
I even featured Stumplings in my first book – Portland Food Cart Stories.
Two Reasons
There are two reasons that I have been such a such a huge fan!
First reason – the food is wonderful! Best Asian dumplings in Portland, and don’t even get me started on their Thai Ice Tea. I call it liquid gold – it is that good.
Second reason – the founders of Stumplings, Justin and Nimesh are two the best people that you will ever meet.
I am thrilled that they have realized one of the bigger dreams they had for the excellent brand they started.

Stumplings is now open and the address is 504 SW Madison Portland, Oregon. They are located downtown Portland, on the corner of SW 5th and Madison. The current schedule is Monday through Friday open till 6:00 PM
Stumplings has seating indoor and out and on the beautiful sunny days we occasionally get in Portland you can enjoy some dumplings and a Thai ice tea or a beer outside right in front of stumplings.
The Food!
It does not really matter what you order. It is all very good. My favorite is the lamb dumplings and I am also a big fan of the Tandoori bao. Have I mentioned the Thai Ice Tea? You have to order that. Trust me – you will love it!
