Gigi’s Cafe Media Preview for Food Writers and Food Cart Owners Monday November 3rd 7-9 PM
Michael Susak and Charlene Wesler are the founders of the Gaufre Gourmet Food Cart and they are going Brick and Mortar!
They are opening up Gigi’s Cafe!
This brand new restaurant will specialize in Brunch and of course, they will have dishes that feature the special Liege style waffles they serve at their iconic Food Cart!
Monday evening November 2nd, from 7-9 AM, Charlene and Michael are having a special media preview event for Food Writers and fellow Food Cart owners at Gigi’s Cafe.
If you are a Food Writer or a Food Cart owner you are welcome to come by, see their new space and sample the some of the wonderful menu items they will be sampling!

Menu Items Being Sampled at The Gigi’s Cafe Media Preview
Here are some of the dishes that will be sampled at the this special media preview:
ABC Scramble (Arugula, Bacon, Chèvre), House made Corned Beef Hash, Potatoes Bravas, Chicken and Waffles made with their brand new Brussels style waffles, Gigi’s Yogurt Parfait made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and house made granola, Gaufre Gourmet Coffee (a special blend that Michael and Charlene have made roasted just for them) and of course they will be sampling the “Original” – a Liege style waffle that is dusted with vanilla powered sugar!
