When You Go
The Cheese
They have a number of wonderful cheeses and other culinary treats that will be at the 2015 Wedge. Here are some my favorites! For cheese, I love Ancient Heritage Hannah and Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog!
Also make sure to stop by the Briar Rose Creamery, Cascadia Creamery, Face Rock Creamery, Ochoa’s Queseria, and Willamette Valley Cheese Company booths. They all have excellent cheese! See more photos below at the end of this article.
Other Culinary Treats!
There are so many other culinary treats that they will have at the 2015 Wedge that I love!
Go to the Bee Local Honey booth and, if they have it, get some of there Oregon Buckwheat Honey! This is my very favorite honey! while you at the Bee Local booth make sure ask about the 3/8 that is part of their branding. Spielman’s Bagels make some of the best bagel chips that you will ever have! Get a bag of their Herb and Salt Bagel Chips and thank me later.
Also make sure to stop by the following booths: Duker’s Dills and Rose’s Beans, (if you like pickled things, this is the booth for you!) Kelly’s Jelly (just buy two bottles of whichever one of their jellies that looks best to you), Olympia Provisions, (cured meat at it’s best), Shauce (really good and really hot sauce) Simple & Crisp (some of the coolest “crackers” for cheese that you will ever see) and Three Little Figs (Really awesome jams – try the Sparkling Nectarine and the Balsamic Fresh Fig). See more photos below at the end of this article.
